Acceptance of Terms and User Consent
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the gt7 platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the gt7 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and gt7 ("Platform", "We"). Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The gt7 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are using the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. gt7 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents for verification purposes. Registering using a false identity or another person's details is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. gt7 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you are required to notify our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities
As a gt7 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the gt7 platform in any way.
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised tools to interact with the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to use your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, game manipulation, or misuse of bonuses and promotions offered by gt7.
- Distributing content containing malware, viruses, or malicious code through the platform.
Any violation of the prohibitions above may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, and gt7 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
Payment Information and Transaction Policy
All transactions on the gt7 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid. gt7 does not store credit card details or sensitive banking information directly — all payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers.
Successful deposits cannot be reversed except in cases specifically outlined in our refund policy. Withdrawals are subject to an identity verification process that may be required before funds can be transferred. gt7 reserves the right to hold or delay a withdrawal while verification is in progress.
Any attempt to commit transaction fraud, money laundering, or other illicit financial activity through the gt7 platform is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. Users found to be involved in such activity will have their accounts terminated immediately and without prior notice.
Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy
Gt7 is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or any circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control. In any event, gt7's maximum liability is limited to the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
Gt7 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a Terms and Conditions violation, suspicious activity, or at the platform's sole discretion. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraudulent activity, any remaining balance may be forfeited. For account closures requested by the user, remaining funds will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Amendments to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software code, and other materials found on the gt7 platform are the exclusive property of gt7 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content without explicit written permission from gt7.
Third-Party Links
The gt7 platform may contain links to third-party websites for the convenience of users. The presence of such links does not imply that gt7 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
Gt7 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users will be notified of material changes via a notice on the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms should first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian court with jurisdiction.
